A. An appeal from an adverse final decision of the board, as to liability under the Act or the amount of such liability or both, may be taken by the aggrieved party provided such appeal is filed, pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 23:1378.E, within 30 days after the date shown on the written notice of said final decision.La.
