Section XXI-501 - Award AnnouncementsA. All GUMBO applications shall be publicly available on the office's website for a period of at least 30 days prior to an award announcement. Following administrative review, evaluation, and scoring, as well as fulfilling the requirement that applications be publicly available for 30 days prior to award, the office may publicly announce award winners.La.
