Section XIX-115 - ACP CodeA. The ACP code is a specific number assigned to each participant and co-participant and is used to sort and distribute participant mail. Participants and co-participants in the same household share the same ACP code and all mail addressed to a participant should include this number. If the ACP code is not included as part of an address; delivery of a participant's mail can be delayed and in some cases, may be returned to the sender.La. Admin. Code tit. 4, § XIX-115
