Section III-137 - Appeal ProcessA. Any vendor and/or any vendor representative participating in deduction debarred from participating for any reason by a department/agency or OSUP shall have the right to have that action reviewed by filing a written request for review with the department head of the department/agency. This request for review shall be filed within 10 days from the notice of debarment.B. A written decision shall be rendered on any request for review within 14 days of receipt.C. Any vendor and/or vendor representative who is not satisfied with this decision has the right to appeal to the Commissioner of Administration. Any such appeal must be in writing and received by the Commissioner of Administration within 10 days of receipt by the vendor. The Commissioner of Administration shall issue a written decision on the matter within 14 days of receipt of the written appeal.D.
