Section XIII-9945 - Protection of Existing RequirementsA. Nothing in this regulation shall be construed to modify, limit or supersede the operation of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq.) or of Louisiana Revised Statutes Sections 22:1474, 23:1200.3 or 22:3063, and no inference shall be drawn on the basis of the provisions of this regulation regarding whether information is transaction or experience information under Section 603 of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.La.
