Section XIII-9105 - Applicability and ScopeA. Except as otherwise specifically provided, the requirements of this regulation apply to all health insurance coverage issued for delivery in the state of Louisiana that is otherwise subject to the statutory requirements of Part VI-C of Chapter 1 of Title 22 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950.La.
