Section XIII-18937 - SeverabilityA. If any provision of Regulation 125 or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of Regulation 125 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end, the provisions of Regulation 125 are severable.La.
