Section XI-1135 - Stenographic Record of HearingA. At the expense of and at the written request made not less than four days prior to the date set for the hearing by any person affected by the hearing the Commissioner of Insurance or the person designated by him to hold the hearing shall cause a full stenographic record of the proceedings to be made by a competent stenographic reporter, and if transcribed, such records shall be made a part of the record of the Commissioner of Insurance of the hearing.La.
