Section XV-12334 - Licensee's Authority to Make RulesA. Consistent with law and this Part, a licensee shall have the authority to adopt rules and regulations governing its methods of paying pari-mutuel ticket holders at its off-track wagering facility. Rules and regulations adopted by a licensee of an off-track wagering facility shall be prominently displayed in such facility after approval thereof by the commission.La. Admin.
