Section XIII-12015 - Account Wagering CenterA. The licensee shall operate an account wagering center(s) for the purpose of keeping wagering accounts, recording wagers, maintaining records of credits and debits to the accounts, and otherwise administering the account wagering system. The location of such account wagering center(s) shall be subject to the approval of the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § XIII-12015
