Section XIII-10511 - If Second Race Canceled or No RaceA. If, for any reason, the second race of a daily double is canceled and declared "no race," the daily double shall be distributed to the holders of the daily double tickets on the winner of the first race in the same manner as the straight pool of the first race is distributed, except as to the amount of distribution, which shall be controlled by the amount bet in the daily double pool.La.
