Section XIII-10377 - Race Televised Out of StateA. A horse race at a licensed association's track may be televised out of state. Pari-mutuel wagering may be permitted on such a race at a race track or entity in another state or country. A written application concerning the details of such a race and its agreements and contracts shall be submitted to the commission for its approval at least 30 days prior to the racing event. Agreements and contracts shall comply with all applicable laws of the United States (particularly 15 U.S.C. Section 3001 et seq., Interstate Horseracing Act), and the laws of this state.La. Admin.
