Section XI-9931 - Prevention of Claiming ProcessA. Any person who shall attempt to prevent another person from claiming any horse in a claiming race, or any owners running a horse in any claiming races who may make any agreement for the protection of claiming of each other's horses, may be fined or suspended by the stewards or ruled off by the commission.La.
