Section I-317 - ID Badges on TrackA. All licensed persons shall wear his or her identification badge on the person in clear view while in the nonpublic areas of a racing association, otherwise he or she may be penalized by the stewards in the amount of $25. Jockeys, exercise riders and outriders while fulfilling their riding assignments are excluded.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-317
