Section I-1751 - Consent to Use of Criminal RecordA. Each licensee and/or permittee, in accepting a license, shall be deemed to have consented to have any prior criminal arrest and/or criminal conviction disclosed and/or utilized during any steward's hearing, commission hearing, or in any subsequent litigation arising from these hearings.La.
