Section I-1313 - Disposable NeedlesA. Veterinarians practicing veterinary medicine on a race track where a race meeting is in progress, or imminent, shall use one-time, disposable type needles and shall dispose of them in a manner approved by the commission.La. Admin. Code tit. 35, § I-1313
