Section V-317 - Late BidsA. Formal bids and addenda thereto, received at the designated place in the invitation to bid after time specified for bid opening will not be considered, whether delayed in the mail, in transmission or for any cause whatsoever. If receipt of a bid is delayed by actions of the Office of State Procurement or the using agency handling the solicitation, and this delay prejudices a vendor, then the Office of State Procurement or using agency shall cancel the solicitation and re-bid. In no case will late bids be accepted.B. The final disposition of unopened bids which are late as described in this Section shall be managed in accordance with §319.D of this Part.La. Admin.
