Section V-130 - Confidentiality of Technical Data or Trade SecretsA. The using agency shall be responsible for protecting technical data, financial information, overhead rates, and trade secrets which may come into their possession from individuals and businesses doing business with the state. Any such information received by the Office of Contractual Review shall be returned to the using agency upon completion of said review.La. Admin. Code tit. 34, § V-130
