Section III-514 - Sole Source ProcurementsA. The Office of Facility Planning and Control, Real Estate Leasing Section may make sole source procurements for acquisition of housing space of 5,000 square feet or more or may amend an existing lease to total in excess of 5,000 square feet or more when the Chief Procurement Officer, or his designee, determines in writing that there is only one source for the required space.La.
