Section III-185 - Technical Proposal-NotificationA. The entities included on the short list shall be notified of their selection and invited to submit a detailed technical proposal for the design-build project. The specific requirements of the technical proposal shall be identified by the agency to the entities included in the short list by means of a "scope of services package" which shall be provided to all entities invited to submit a technical proposal. The scope of services package may include enhancements, clarifications and modifications to the scope of services included with the request for qualifications only if they fall within the scope of the project.La.
