A. This Chapter establishes requirements, for which a licensee or registrant is responsible, for use of X-ray equipment by or under the supervision of an individual authorized by and licensed in accordance with state statutes to engage in the healing arts or veterinary medicine. The provisions of this Chapter are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of LAC 33:XV.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-601
