Section XV-585 - SecurityA. During each radiographic operation, a radiographer or instructor shall maintain continuous direct, visual surveillance of the operation to protect against unauthorized entry into a radiation area or high radiation area, as defined in LAC 33:XV.Chapter 1, except: 1. where the high radiation area is equipped with a control device or alarm system as described in LAC 33:XV.436.A; or2. where the high radiation area is locked to protect against unauthorized or accidental entry.La.
