Section XV-463 - Treatment or Disposal by IncinerationA. A licensee or registrant may treat or dispose of licensed or registered sources of radiation by incineration only in the form and concentration specified in LAC 33:XV.464 or as specifically approved by the department in accordance with LAC 33:XV.461.La.
