Section XV-335 - Department Action on Applications to Renew or AmendA. In considering an application by a licensee to renew or amend his or her license, the department will apply the criteria set forth in LAC 33:XV.325, 326, 327, and 328 and in Chapters 5, 7, 13, and 20 of these regulations as applicable.La.
