Section XV-2513 - Multiple LocationsA. Those persons possessing licenses or registrations that name multiple locations where sources of radiation are stored, used, or otherwise possessed, shall be subject to an additional fee of 10 percent of the annual maintenance fee for each such location within the state of Louisiana, not to exceed an amount equal to the annual maintenance fee.La.
