Section XV-2507 - ReimbursementsA. One-half of the annual fee will be reimbursed to the licensee or registrant upon receipt of a written request to terminate the license or registration, provided that the request has been received by the Office of Environmental Compliance within 180 days after the annual fee due date, and the fee has not been delinquent. Requests for termination of the license or registration received after 180 days of the annual fee due date will not entitle the licensee or registrant to reimbursement of any portion of the annual fee. No interest, legal or otherwise, will be paid on the funds withheld prior to reimbursement.B. One-half of the application fee will be reimbursed to the licensee or registrant upon receipt of a written request from the applicant to withdraw an application prior to final approval. In the case of the denial of an application, for whatever reason, one half of the application fee will be refunded.
