Section XV-2501 - Scope and PurposeA. It is the purpose of these regulations to establish a fee system for funding the monitoring, investigation, and other activities required to be conducted for the maintenance of a safe and healthful environment by the Department of Environmental Quality in accordance with the Louisiana Environmental Quality Act (R.S. 30:2101 et seq.). Fees are required for all permits, licenses, registrations, and variances authorized by the Act.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-2501
