Section XV-2034 - Particle AcceleratorsA. No licensee or registrant shall permit aboveground testing of particle accelerators designed for use in well-logging that results in the production of radiation, except in areas or facilities controlled or shielded so that the requirements of LAC 33:XV.410 and 415, as applicable, are met.La.
