Section XV-210 - Approval Not ImpliedA. No person, in any advertisement, shall refer to the fact that a facility or machine is registered with the department pursuant to the provisions of LAC 33:XV.204, and no person shall state or imply that any activity under such registration has been approved by the department.La.
