Section XV-1321 - Protection of Individuals during OperationsA. Operations at the land disposal facility shall be conducted in compliance with the standards for radiation protection set out in Chapter 4 of these regulations, except for releases of radioactivity in effluents from the land disposal facility, which shall be governed by LAC 33:XV.1319. Every reasonable effort should be made to maintain radiation exposures as low as reasonably achievable.La. Admin. Code tit. 33, § XV-1321
