Section XI-1505 - Investigations: Purposes, NoticeA. Investigations shall be undertaken to determine whether a violation has occurred or is about to occur, the scope and nature of the violation, and the persons or parties involved. Notice of the initiation of an investigation may be given to any complainant who provided the information prompting the investigation, and if advisable, to the person(s) under investigation, if the identity of such person(s) is known.La.
