Section VI-707 - Contribution ProtectionA. Any responsible party that has resolved its liability to the department in an administrative or judicially approved settlement shall be considered to be a participating party within the meaning of R.S. 30:2276.G and as defined in these regulations and shall not be liable for claims by any other parties regarding matters addressed in the settlement.B. Settlement between the department and any party does not discharge any other PRPs unless the terms of the settlement documents so provide, but such settlement shall reduce the potential in solido liability of the others by the amount of the settlement.La.
