Section V-10705 - Application

A. The provisions in this Chapter shall apply to the transportation of hazardous materials, hazardous waste, freight, or passengers as provided in R.S. 32:1501-1520, or R.S. 30:1140 when carried by:

1. transport vehicle;

2. engine; or

3. train.
