Section I-709 - Balloting ProcedureA. All retired enrollees in an OGB plan of benefits on the specified election date are eligible to vote.B. Each eligible retired enrollee may cast only one vote for any candidate listed on the ballot for his respective retiree group.C. Each eligible retired enrollee must follow the voting directions provided by OGB. In the event OGB contracts with an election vendor for a particular election, each eligible retired enrollee must follow the voting directions provided by OGBs election vendor for his/her vote to be counted.La.
