Section I-705 - Petitions for CandidacyA. To become a candidate, a person must be nominated by petition of 25 or more OGB plan enrollees from the constituency he/she will represent.B. Each enrollees signature must be accompanied by his/her printed name, the last four digits of their Social Security number, and the agency they are affiliated with.C. Each petition for candidacy must be signed by the OGB chief executive officer or his/her designated representative certifying that each candidate and each petitioner is a plan participant from the constituency he/she will represent, on the specified nomination date.D.
