Section I-1515 - Other IssuesA. Other issues pertaining to eligibility for or participation in OGB sponsored life, health, or other programs by any active or retired member of the Louisiana National Guard not specifically addressed herein shall be resolved in accordance with OGB rules pertaining to other eligible employees and retirees. Nothing herein shall be construed to confer upon any active or retired member of the Louisiana National Guard greater rights relative to eligibility for or participation in OGB sponsored life, health, or other programs than those applicable to other eligible employees and retirees.La.
