Section I-1505 - Payment of PremiumsA. The member must agree to pay the full amount of all premiums due for selected coverage without contribution from the state of Louisiana or any of the governmental or administrative subdivisions, departments, or agencies of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of the state of Louisiana, or the governing boards and authorities of the state universities, colleges, and public elementary and secondary school systems in the state.B. Contemporaneous with the enrollment application, the member must complete and submit to OGB all documentation necessary to provide for the payment of premiums via electronic funds transfer (EFT) from a licensed financial institution doing business in the state of Louisiana.La.
