Section I-1109 - Retirees with Medicare Parts A and BA. Employees who retire on or after July 1, 1997, and who are not rehired retirees in a benefit-eligible position, shall receive a reduced premium rate when enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.La. Admin. Code tit. 32, § I-1109
