Section I-1103 - Adjustments for Terminated EmployeesA. Credit adjustments for premiums paid on behalf of enrollees whose coverage under an OGB plan of benefits is terminated by reason of termination of employment may not be made by the participating employer after reconciliation of the second invoice following the date of termination of employment.La.
