Section III-117 - Forfeiture of Bonds for DrayageA. Actions by bidders causing forfeiture of bonds as stated in §113 and §115 herein shall be cause for removal of said bidders from the department's bid list and will support a determination of non-responsibility for the bidder(s) and its principals for a period of three years.La.
