Section I-709 - Deadline for Submission of Expenses to Department of StateA. All requests for reimbursement or payment of expenses shall be submitted to the department no later than 60 days following an election or the transaction.B. If the request for reimbursement or payment is not received within this 60 day period, the department may notify the appropriate party by certified mail that the request will be disapproved for payment if not made within 10 days from receipt of this notice.La.
