Section XI-4501 - Potential Impact of Disasters on Accountability [Formerly LAC 28:LXXXIII.4501]A. Special consideration shall be given to schools and districts significantly impacted by disasters when accountability decisions are made. The consideration shall include but not be limited to: 1. closure of schools and districts for extended periods of time;2. transfer of significant numbers of students from affected schools and districts;3. enrollment of significant numbers of displaced students into receiving schools and districts;4. emigration of displaced students to other states;5. multiple transfers of displaced students as they move from shelters and temporary housing to more permanent situations;6. the transfer of displaced students as they return to their home schools and districts.La.
