Section XI-3601 - Office of Juvenile Justice Schools

A. For the purposes of this Chapter: OJJ Schools-all schools and programs providing educational services to students in secure care facilities operated by, or contracted under, the authority of the state Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Youth Services, Office of Juvenile Justice.
