Section XCIII-721 - Determination of EligibilityA. An application for support funds must demonstrate that the project for which support funds are requested complies with the constitutional eligibility factors enumerated in Section 121 hereof, and that the project conforms to the priorities and objectives delineated in the annual 8(g) program and budget adopted by the board for that specific funding period.B. All applications received in the board office shall be reviewed by a minimum of two employees of the board to determine compliance with the constitutional requirements established under Article VII, Section 10. 1(D)(2) and enumerated at Section 121 hereof.La.
