Section XCIII-705 - Allocation of Support Fund Monies for Statewide PurposesA. The board, in its sole discretion, may allot a specific amount or a percentage of support fund monies for expenditures necessary to implement specific statewide educational projects mandated by the board. For example, the board may elect to allot a specific percentage of the total support fund monies available in any given fiscal year to the implementation of foreign language instruction in the elementary grades, as previously mandated by the board.
