Section XCIII-1101 - Ownership/Production RightsA. Upon termination at the completion of 8(g) funding for a project/program, the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education may approve an agency's request to retain equipment purchased with 8(g) funds based on the agency's assurance that the equipment will be used for educational enhancement.B. All educational products developed using 8(g) funds awarded by the state Board of Elementary and Secondary Education are the property of the board and cannot be distributed for profit without explicit approval from the board.La.
