Section VI-505 - Program AdministrationA. The Louisiana Tuition Trust Authority (LATTA) is a statutory authority whose membership consists of the Board of Regents, plus one member from the Louisiana Bankers Association, the state treasurer, and one member each from the House of Representatives and Senate.B. The LATTA administers the ABLE Account Program through the Board of Regents, Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA).C. LOSFA, a program under the Board of Regents, performs the functions of the state relating to programs of financial assistance and certain scholarship programs for higher education in accordance with directives of its governing bodies and applicable law, and as such is responsible for administering the ABLE account program under the direction of the LATTA.La.
