Section V-145 - Approval of BylawsA. To receive the Tuition Trust Authority's consideration, the advisory council's bylaws must be favorably recommended by the advisory council and the executive director of LOSFA. Bylaws become effective upon approval by the Tuition Trust Authority and publication as a final Rule in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.La. Admin. Code tit. 28, § V-145
