Section LXXXIII-3105 - General Guidelines-Parent/School-Level RequestsA. Parents or individual schools seeking an appeal or waiver on issues relating to Louisiana's District and School Accountability System shall file their requests, regardless of the type, through the local superintendent, charter school leader, or appointed representative as authorized by the local governing board of education.La.
