B. Fine Arts Survey (Art). Fine arts survey shall be taught by a qualified art teacher and the other semester by a qualified music teacher. If one or both of these teachers is not available, the principal is authorized to select the most qualified teacher, preferably one with a strong liberal arts or humanities background.La. Admin.
